Land Surveying Staff

Christopher Campbell is a graduate of Great Basin College, he is a Co-Founder of the firm. He manages the energy projects firm. He has been in the oil and gas, petrochemical and refining, as well as wind and solar industries since 2004. Mr. Campbell has been apart major projects in 37 states and 3 countries during his time in the industry.

Xavier Sandoval is the firms Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder, he holds Masters Degree in Land Surveying from Texas A&M (Corpus Christi) and a license to practice land surveying the State of Texas, before forming Campbell Land Services, Mr. Sandoval was the owner XDS Surveying and Mapping in Corpus Christi, Texas. Mr. Sandoval is TXDOT Pre-certified as well having extensive knowledge in the 3-D Laser Scanning Industry.

Mike is our corporate counsel. Mike is Graduate of LSU and Syracuse University of Law. Mike also bring a wealth of experience in lease & acquisition negotiations, due diligence, title examination, and survey review.

Dave Kraettli is licensed land surveyor in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and California as well as being a Certified Federal Land Surveyor. Mr. Kraettli helps the firm with surveying standards and implements training for our staff.

Tiffany Campbell is a graduate of West Liberty University, She manages the drafting departing. Prior to joining Campbell Land Services Tiffany was employed at Enterprise Products in Houston as a member of the Encroachments team.

Mr. Womack is a graduate of Evangel University, he has 15 years of land surveying experience ranging from ALTA Surveys to energy surveys and currently is the Director of Field Operations for the firm.

Samantha is our project coordinator for all land surveying projects. She will typically be the point of contact for most clients at the initial phase and billing phase of all projects. She has extensive experience working in the finance industry, as well as an educational background in Marketing from Sam Houston State University.

Will is our research coordinator, he is responsible for researching all deeds, maps, plats, records and other vital information needed to ensure your project is a success. As a Madisonville native, Will has knowledge of the local area that enables him to do thorough research for projects in Madison County and beyond.
